soaring-2018logoPENNFLEET CORP. NAMED ONE OF PHILADELPHIA’S FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

Philadelphia, PA, October 3, 2018 — PennFleet Corporation, a family owned provider of collision repair services, mechanical services and roadside emergency response for medium to large truck fleets, has been named one of PennFleet-Press-Release-Octthe “Soaring 76” of 2018 by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Soaring 76 has become one of the region’s most prestigious business rankings. Winners are some of the fastest growing privately held companies in Greater Philadelphia. To qualify, companies must be headquartered within Greater Philadelphia, have no parent affiliation, and meet revenue criteria compiled by the Journal. “Of about 500 companies, we determined the fastest-growing by measuring revenue growth over a three-year period, from 2014 to 2016,” reported Journal staff writers.

Since opening in 2004, PennFleet has grown from 6 employees and one small location to more than 30 employees in two locations in Boothwyn and Conshohocken. Newer headquarters in Boothwyn house offices and nearly 20,000 square feet of repair shop.

In addition to this latest honor, rapid growth at PennFleet has twice won the company the “Philadelphia 100” Award from the Entrepreneurs Forum of Greater Philadelphia and inclusion in Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 5000,” a list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

“PennFleet was founded on the belief that excellence is achieved through innovation, financial responsibility and respect for our natural environment,” said Jim Kolea, President. “We are delighted to join 75 other distinguished companies as part of the 2018 Soaring 76, and we look forward to continued growth and community involvement through our support of local, national and global non-profit charitable organizations.”
